Returns Made Simple...
PlanetGear wants you to be satisfied with every purchase!
We will gladly accept eligible merchandise within 30 days of order delivery date for PlanetGear credit. For your convenience, the eligibility of products is listed on the Returns section of each Product Information page.
Process: It's as easy as 1, 2, 3...
- Go to your My Account page and select My Orders.
- Locate the order for which the product was purchased.
- Select "Create RMA" and follow instructions.
NOTE: Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with all original product tags attached. Approved returns will be credited in the form of a Merchandise Store Credit which will be applied to your account. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS return label. Once we receive your return, we will deduct a $7.95 return shipping fee from your store credit.

Are there exceptions?
Yes, due to certain health, safety, and hygiene guidelines swimwear, bras, underwear, and other similar items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. Additionally, some items may have warranty restrictions imposed by the manufacture. In this circumstance we will provide you with specific instructions on how the return/repair will be handled. For your convenience, the eligibility of products is listed on the Returns section of each Product Information page.
What if the item received is wrong, damaged, or defective?

Are item exchanges available for a different size/color/etc.?
Some of the items available for sale are limited in quantity. Therefore, it is unlikely that any additional similar items will be available for exchange. In the unlikely event the item remains available, then an item exchange for a different size/color can be considered.
Will I be notified when my item return has been received?
Yes, you will receive an email notification from our Member Satisfaction Team indicating that your item has been received and the Merchandise Credit has been issued to your account.
